The swine flu knocked the recession blues off the menu and the positive news is continuing, encouraging both nesters and investors to swagger up to the plate. Buyers are more confident and are out swinging! They are hitting home runs with hot new listings and everybody is happy. Correctly priced homes come on the market and are getting absorbed instantly by pent up buyer demand.

I’ve got another great Ross listing coming up in a couple weeks. Quite a lot of home for the money: a 2,700 sq ft, sunny and private, Winship Park home and it will be priced at $1,699,000. Great neighborhood, coveted school district, and quality construction… a home run.

The game has changed but I still love playing it!
