#1 in REOs was Novato (Pain: 47 on market, Gain: 55% in escrow) followed by San Rafael (34 on market, 47% in escrow) and then by … San Anselmo (5 on market, 40% in escrow).

Short sales present a similar picture: #1 Novato (120, 58%) #2 San Rafael (72, 54%) and #3 San Anselmo (12, 33%).

More Multiple offers: Vista Clara, Sausalito ($1.250) had 4 offers; Marinita, San Rafael ($2M) had 2 offers.
