Next sighted, recently returned Kathleen Hilken, who just received myriad offers on a short sale condo in Petaluma. Priced in the new selling range (remember two years ago when the average sales price was $1.3M …. Gone!), she had nine offers – one all cash, some 50% down, a few pre-approved 5% down.

Multiple offers are occurring more often as lenders swallow hard and unload. Reaping the benefits of these REO and short sales are the Vinnie n Christine show, the hardest working George, Patti … and me. (I love it when other agents say, ‘I don’t do short sales’ – duh!). Also celebrating on Saturday night were Rocky and Cyd, managers of the # 1 and #2 top producing offices in the county. Let ‘er rip, FHA!
