Intro Statement

I’m Peter Schardt, and I grew up in Novato where I attended Lu Sutton, Sinaloa and San Marin High where I was part of the first Championship for Football Team in 1982. I owned and operated a Service Station and an auto repair business for over 15 years. I met all my goals by the age of thirty five years old. I then decided to sell my business and return to College (Cal Berkeley) were I received my credentials for Small Business Management.

I decided on a career in Real Estate, so I could meet people and help them find the perfect home.

I am Ethical, reliable and go out of my way to help people. I have 2 teenage daughters and I enjoy exploring new places on my Harley. I also enjoy gardening and dirt bikes.
